What Makes YOU Feel Good?

'What makes you feel good?' is something we have been focusing on these last couple of months in the dip after Christmas, the 'festive season'.

New Year - new beginnings.  We did a couple of cooking sessions and comfort food was on the menu.  We decided on cottage pie, always a favorite and macaroni cheese.  Everyone enjoyed preparing the meals and of course eating them.  Needless to say nothing was wasted, and everyone was full!
